We're selecting a small number of independent UK hire firms to begin using KeyProof from November. Founders will personally set up each firm and walk through the first live hire. Tell us about your firm and we will be in touch if it is a fit.

  1. 01Who we wantUK car and van hire operators running real hires now. Up to five firms, who become the founding operators.
  2. 02What you getFull platform access, free until 4 January 2027. A founder sets up your cars, your agreement and your deposit with you, walks your first real hire through with you, and stays a direct contact. Your hirers still pay their own verification fee at check-in, as they will after launch.
  3. 03What we askUse it on real hires. Tell us where it breaks or slows you down. Give us direct feedback after the first few rentals.
  4. 04What happens on 4 January 2027KeyProof launches publicly on Monday 4 January 2027. Founding operators who continue move onto their founding terms.

Your hirers do their part on their own phone before they turn up, so nothing new happens at the car. If one asks why, send them this page. If they will not do it, you still decide whether the keys move, and the record says so.

About your fleet Optional

We save what you send in our own database as well as emailing it to us, keep it up to 12 months, and keep your firm's entry on our board up to 24 months after we last speak. We never sell or share it. See our privacy notice.
