These terms cover your use of the KeyProof website. They are about the website itself. If your firm uses the KeyProof service, that use is governed by a separate written operator agreement, not by these terms.
Who these terms are with
This site is run by KeyProof Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17333773, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA), and where we say “we” or “us” on this page, we mean KeyProof Ltd. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
The KeyProof service is covered separately
This website explains what KeyProof does and lets you get in touch. A firm that uses the KeyProof service signs a separate written operator agreement with us that sets out how the service works, what each side is responsible for, pricing and data protection. That agreement, not this page, governs the service. Nothing on this website is itself a binding offer, quote or contract, and pricing shown here is indicative until it is confirmed in that signed agreement.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose: to learn about KeyProof and get in touch. Please don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, don’t scrape it or harvest personal data from it, don’t upload anything harmful, and don’t use it to do anything unlawful. We may restrict access if the site is misused.
Enquiries you send us
If you fill in a form, please give accurate details, and only your own (or details you’re allowed to share). What happens to the information you send is set out in our privacy notice.
Our content and brand
The KeyProof name, logo, wording, design and everything else on the site is owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You can view it and share ordinary links to it, but please don’t copy, reuse or adapt it for your own purposes without our permission.
Availability, and the site “as is”
We provide the site as it is. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we can’t promise it will always be correct, complete or uninterrupted. Access may be suspended from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Rely on the site at your own discretion, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Where we link to other websites, they are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. The link isn’t an endorsement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site develops, and we’ll always show the current version here. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Which law applies
