Terms for using this site.
These terms cover your use of the KeyProof website. They are about the website itself, not the KeyProof service, which is still in development. When we take on paying clients, that service will have its own written agreement, separate from this.
Who these terms are with
This site is currently run by Bygild, a trading name of Khalid Mohamed, and where we say "we" or "us" on this page, we mean them, until KeyProof is formally incorporated, at which point the company details will be added here. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
This site is pre-launch
KeyProof is not live yet. Anything the site describes about the product, its features, pricing or timing is what we are building, not a service you can buy today, and it may change before launch. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, a quote, or a contract. Any founding pricing is indicative and only becomes firm in a written agreement we both sign.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose: to learn about KeyProof and get in touch. Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, don't scrape it or harvest personal data from it, don't upload anything harmful, and don't use it to do anything unlawful. We may restrict access if the site is misused.
Enquiries you send us
If you fill in a form, please give accurate details, and only your own (or details you're allowed to share). What happens to the information you send is set out in our privacy notice.
Our content and brand
The KeyProof name, logo, wording, design and everything else on the site is owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You can view it and share ordinary links to it, but please don't copy, reuse or adapt it for your own purposes without our permission.
No guarantees
We provide the site as it is. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we can't promise it will always be correct, complete or uninterrupted, especially while the product is in development. Rely on it at your own discretion, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, they are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. The link isn't an endorsement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and the product develop, and we'll always show the current version here. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. For any question about them, contact us at hello@keyproof.co.uk.
