Everything included, on every plan

  • Verified hirer check-ins: photo ID matched to a live-camera selfie by Stripe, so no ID images land on your side, plus hirer details and a DVLA share code for you to check on gov.uk
  • Your own agreement, e-signed and SHA-256 hashed at the moment of signing, with the deposit acknowledged on the same link
  • Complete hire records: condition photos at handover and return, one timestamped record, a printable incident pack and a shareable link for your insurer
  • Bookings: an availability calendar per car, double-booking clash warnings, date amendments with an audit trail
  • Customer records and money: every hirer’s file with history, notes and flags; price, payments, balance and running costs per booking, totalled into profit per car and days out on hire. Recorded, never held
  • A morning email of pickups, due-backs and unpaid balances, month summaries, and a CSV of bookings and customers any time
  • Fleet compliance per vehicle: MOT from the DVSA record, plus insurance, service and ULEZ, a service log, a document vault, and a warning before an insurance or service renewal falls due
  • Fines logged against the hire that caused them and tracked through to recovered; claims on the booking with the proof pack attached; your own private hirer blocklist
  • Every future feature, at the same price, locked for life
