Premium verification on one booking
Apply the full prestige-grade checks to a single hire on any car, without changing your plan or your price.
Some hires deserve more care than the car's tier suggests. A standard car going out for three weeks, a renter you are not sure about, a booking you simply want tighter. Premium verification applies the full prestige-grade treatment to that one booking.
What it changes
- The named nine-shot condition set at handover and again at return: front, rear, both sides, both wheels, interior, dashboard and odometer, and roof. The renter sees it as a checklist, and the car cannot be marked out until the shots are there.
- Four extra terms the renter has to tick before they can sign: the mileage cap, no track or competition use, staying inside the agreed territory, and liability for the damage excess.
- A higher default deposit on the booking, which you can change like any other.
What it does not change
It does not change the car's tier, and it does not change your monthly price. There is no surcharge and no plan to be on: it is available to every firm on every plan. Your subscription is set by how many cars you run, nothing else. See Your plan, price and billing.
How to switch it on
Tick Premium verification on the new-booking form, or open an existing booking and use the same tick box in its Premium verification section. Turning it on before the renter checks in is best, since it changes what they are asked to do.
Prestige cars
A car you have marked prestige in your fleet runs the same treatment on every hire automatically, with no tick box needed. Premium verification is the way to get it on a car you have not marked prestige. Marking cars prestige is allowed on every plan and does not affect your price.
