What each plan costs, what is included, and how to start or manage your subscription.

One product, priced by how many cars you run. That is the only thing that changes between plans.

The plans

• Founding: £49 a month, locked for life, any size fleet. It is the only plan with no cap on cars. Limited to a cohort of 5 firms.
• Starter: £59 a month, up to 3 cars.
• Growth: £89 a month, up to 10 cars.
• Pro: £129 a month, up to 25 cars. Above that, talk to us and we quote it.
• More than 25 cars, or several sites: from £289 a month, talk to us.

Everything is included on every plan

Every check, every photo, every record, the fines, the claims, the reports, the morning brief, phone alerts, your branding on the hirer link, and the full evidence treatment on every hire, on every car. There is no feature tier, no add-on to buy, and nothing that protects a handover is ever held back for a higher plan. The plan buys fleet capacity, nothing else.

The car limit is a guide, not a shutter. Go over it and nothing switches off; you are simply nudged to move up a plan.

Your free trial, annual and the guarantee

• Every plan starts with 30 days free, founding included. There is no signup form yet, so it starts with a conversation: put your firm forward on the founding page and we reply, usually the same day, then we set your fleet up with you, and the 30 days run from your setup. No card is needed to start them: on Starter, Growth and Fleet we ask for one before the free days end, nothing is charged until they do, and cancel before then and nothing is taken. A founding firm never has a card on file at all: founding is billed by standing order, dated from the same free days.
• There is no setup fee on any plan.
• Pay for a year up front and 2 of the twelve months are free.
• Monthly is the default: no contract, cancel any time.
• The trial IS the money-back protection, so the two do not stack: a month of your own hires before a penny moves is what a refund period is for. If you skip the trial and start paying straight away, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers you instead.

What your hirers pay

Your hirers cover the checks on their own bookings with a one-off £4.99 verification fee at check-in. That is why the checks cost you nothing per hire, whatever your plan.

Managing it

Open Settings and find Your subscription, which is owner-only. It shows your plan, your price at your billing period, and how many cars you are running against your limit. From there you can start your subscription, or manage billing and update your card. To change plan, contact us.

KeyProof never holds your money. Your subscription is a card payment to KeyProof Ltd; your hirers' deposits and hire payments run on your own Stripe account and settle to your own bank.
