The morning brief and alerts
The daily email digest, and the phone push alerts you can switch on so nothing on a hire slips past you.
KeyProof nudges you so open work does not get forgotten between a car going out and coming back. Two things do this: a morning brief by email, and optional phone push alerts.
The morning brief
Each morning you get a brief to your firm's notification email: what is due back, renters who still need to check in, unpaid balances, and fines that need action. It pulls from the same queue as the Do next list on your Today screen, so the email and the portal always agree.
You set the address the brief is sent to in Settings, under your firm's contact and notifications. See Your rental agreement and eligibility rules.
Phone push alerts
You can also turn on push alerts, so a nudge lands on your phone rather than only in an email. Open the alerts card in the portal and allow notifications when your phone asks. Once it is on, KeyProof can push you the morning nudge and key events on the firm.
Push is opt-in and per device. If you use KeyProof on more than one phone or computer, turn alerts on wherever you want them. Install KeyProof to your home screen first for the most reliable push on a phone.
